Printing has been reworked to get more information on paper for the user.

A standard print report format has been adopted for all reports that includes the file name, the file path and the operator name.
We have modified the printing method to reliably print the entire report without cutting the bottom of the form off.
The Calibration report is now consolidated to a two-page report launched with a single print command.
The Settings Report now includes the peak-detection settings, the smoothing parameters, selected system settings, and the latest thin-film plating parameters if applicable.
